Great tones and processing, the sepia works wonderfully here. Also, your use of focus and DOF to draw the eye down through the picture frame to the alleyway is great. Technically a well done photo and aesthetically it succeeds too.

I agree with Paul ( it's like he read my mind ! ) But I'd like to add that the gradiant focus effect gives this photo a feel of timelessness, this could be a picture from the 1930's by the look of it.
